2. Service

Kolorize is an AI service for restoring and colorizing digital photographs. By using it you accept these terms.

3. Account and credits

An account is required. Some features consume credits, purchased or granted under any active promotion. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire as stated on the pricing page.

4. Acceptable use

  • You warrant you hold the rights to the images you upload.
  • No illegal, violent, sexually explicit, child-inappropriate or rights-infringing content.
  • No misleading deepfakes, impersonation or fraud.
  • We may suspend accounts breaching these terms.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your photos and outputs. You grant us a limited license to process and display them. Brand and site belong to Khira Internet S.L..

6. Payments and refunds

Payments via Stripe. As immediate digital content, you waive the right of withdrawal. We refund consumed credits in case of service failure.

7. Availability and liability

Service is "as is". Khira Internet S.L. is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability limited to amount paid in the last 12 months.

8. Privacy

Governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Current version always published here.

10. Governing law

Spanish law. Courts of the consumer's domicile.
