1. Data controller

Khira Internet S.L. (Spanish Tax ID B83794024), Calle Deva, 4 — 28670 Villaviciosa de Odón, Madrid (España), is the controller for personal data collected through kolorize.co ("Kolorize"). Contact: hola@kolorize.co.

2. Data we process

  • Account data: email and login identifier (incl. OAuth provider if applicable).
  • Images you upload and the generated outputs.
  • Billing data handled by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP, user agent and usage events.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Providing the service (contract performance).
  • Account, credits and payment management (contract and legal obligations).
  • Customer support (legitimate interest and contract).
  • Fraud prevention and security (legitimate interest and legal obligation).
  • Service-related commercial communications (consent, revocable).

4. Retention

We keep images and results for as long as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account from the Contact page: account, photos and remaining credits will be erased. This action is irreversible.

5. Processors

We rely on processors including Supabase, Cloudflare, Replicate, Stripe and email providers. Some may be outside the EEA; we apply EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@kolorize.co. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish DPA (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies. Only with explicit consent through the banner we load Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads pixels to measure conversions. You may withdraw consent by clearing site data in your browser.

8. Minors

The service is not directed to children under 14.

We may update this policy. Changes will be published here.
